Following the Leaders with Tish Frederick

This month I venture out of our office and to the B.A.Y.A Center in Clarksville to talk with the Founder and Executive Director of B.A.Y.A. Beautiful As You Are, Tish Frederick. Tish is a member of the DISCOVER 2023 class. We had a very relaxing conversation about the origins of B.A.Y.A as a nonprofit (Trigger warning there is mention of self-harm in this episode), her journey from not even wanting kids to having 2 of her own to leading this ground braking organization, and she gives some wonderful advice to aspiring leaders out there.

I also couldn't let her leave with out discussing the origins of one of my all time favorite team ups, her and Emily Oliver-Jones (See Episode 01)
